We do not spawn oysters. We source Eastern oyster (Crassostrea virginica) spat from our partner hatchery and grow to market size at our Melbourne Beach site. We can grow Diploids and Triploids from Florida oyster broodstock, or Triploids only from Virginia broodstock.
Lead time is 8–12 months depending on season and cohort. Seasonal availability — inquire for current cohort status.
